写真集No.7　秋の若狭を巡りて

若狭湾を遊覧船で巡ったその日の午後、私は若狭湾を一望出来る場所へ足を運んだ。
秋から冬にかけての日本海側らしく、雲の多い空の下、入り組んだ地形が印象的な若狭湾が霞んで見えた。
やがて空の大部分を覆っていた灰色の雲に裂け目が入り、そこから秋の日差しが柔らかく若狭湾を照らし始めた。
雲が途切れ途切れになっていくにしたがって、霞の中から若狭湾が姿を明瞭に現してきた。まるで舞台の幕開けのように･･･。

The day afternoon which I traveled around Wakasa Bay by plesure boat, I went to the place where they could see the whole Wakasa Bay.
Like the Sea of Japan when the season is from autumn to winter, under the sky covered many clouds,
I saw Wakasa bay hazely whose complicated topography was impressive.
By and by the gray clouds which covered most of the sky ware torn, autumn sunlight began to light Wakasa bay softly.
As the clouds were broken, Wakasa bay appeared itsself clearly from haze. As if curtain of stage opened...
